SERVICES

1. Circulation Service

All registered members are entitled to borrow books from the Arts Library. Borrowing privileges may differ, depending on the membership category. Members must satisfy themselves about the physical conditions of the books before borrowing them. Manuscripts, Reference books, Rare books, Theses and Dissertations, Periodicals and such other reading material as marked “Not to be issued” For consultation only” shall not issued out on loan except with the special permission of the Librarian, Incharge Arts Library.

1. Reference Service

Reference Services is provided to the members with the help of reference collection available within the library.

2. Inter Library Loan

The material which is not available in Arts Library may be arranged from other Library on Inter Library loan for a limited period of time.

A member can request inter library loan by providing complete and accurate bibliographical detail of required document.

3. Internet Service

The Library provides internet access facility to the members from within the library.

4. Photocopying Service

A privately owned photocopying machine available within the Library where members can Xerox the material of their choice.
